Advanced Summer School

Managing Drug Resistance with Nanomedicine


Overview

Prior to the 2013 International Conference on Nanotheranostics (ICoN 2013), the Marie Curie IAPP NANORESISTANCE consortium is organizing an Advanced Summer School intended for young researchers in both the academic and entrepreneurial sectors.

The Advanced Summer School is designed to train young scientists in research activities in this emerging scientific area of major clinical significance. Its goal is to overcome the fragmented and disseminated expertise of academic and industrial groups involved in this new research domain and to foster technology transfer. The vibrant inter-sectoral mobility program of NANORESISTANCE will play a structuring role by allowing researchers to acquire key skills which are equally relevant to the public and private sectors.

The tentative program of the Advanced Summer School can be seen below. The School is open to the public for a nominal registration fee. For more information please contact: andreani@epos-iasis.com, odysseos@ucy.ac.cy.
