Program


Participants are invited to use our Easy Conference Registration System, which is very user friendly and is a one-stop-shop; they can register, book their hotel room and transfers and make their payment for all the above, to us. All communication and arrangements can be done through us. We can be contacted anytime by mail or phone, as mentioned on the webpage of the meeting. We will also have our registration desk in the hotel lobby.


On the first day, 22nd of October

All participants will pass by the desk to register and to get their bag. Registration will begin at 9.00 and participants should be in the meeting room at 10.00 for discussions until 1.00, with a coffee break at 11.30. Buffet lunch will be offered and meeting will start again at 2.30, with another coffee break at 4.00 and a target to finish by 5.30, so that we give people a chance to swim! At 8.00 participants will gather on the wooden deck veranda of the hotel, for a one-hour welcome cocktail which will be offered by the Cyprus AdventureRooms hosts, Konstantinos and Mary.

On the second day, 23rd of October

Participants will be picked up by bus at 9.30 from St Raphael to go to Nicosia, accompanied by a guide. First stop will be at Serano factory, one of the prominent industrial units in Cyprus. We will then move towards the old town, passing by the Presidential Palace and some Ministries, as well as the Venetian Walls, Parliament and Separation line. We will then stop for a guided tour at Cyprus Archaeological Museum. Following that, the guide will walk with participants to the bottom of Ledra’s street to show them the check-point and lunch will follow in a nearby typical Cypriot Restaurant. After lunch, people will have a bit of free time to shop in the old town and will then go to the bus for a transfer to Nicosia-Adventurerooms! We will return to Limassol in good time for another swim. Dressed casually, even in beachwear, participants will walk to Malindi beach restaurant (right next to St Raphael) for a nice, light dinner.

On the third day, 24th of October

The program will be exactly the same with that of the first day, as far as meeting times, coffee breaks and lunch is concerned. At 7.00 o’clock in the evening, people will gather into hotel lobby for the transfer to the Conference dinner. A bus will go along the beachfront toward the old castle and old town, where they will have a short walk. Dinner will be held in a nice Cyprus-meze tavern, nearby, with entertainment. Return to hotel by bus.

All program above, is covered by the registration fee. Additionally participants will book their hotel through Easyconferences system and pay for it there.

The Welcome cocktail will be offered by Cyprus AdentureRooms, as mentioned above.
