The Conference sessions across the two venues will tentatively run as following:
- Day 1 Tuesday 2nd July: all sessions will take place in the Buffer zone including the ISUF Council Meeting, the ISUF Regional Networks Meeting, the Young Researchers Forum/sessions, and the EPUM Round Table.
- Day 2 Wednesday 3rd July: the morning sessions and lunch will take place at Filoxenia, the afternoon sessions (parallel sessions including digital poster session) and the evening welcome reception will take place in the Buffer zone.
- Day 3 Thursday 4th July: all day sessions will take place at Filoxenia, the evening Walking Tour of Nicosia (on both sides of the Green Line) will start at the Buffer zone as well as a session on the urban history of Nicosia.
- Day 4 Friday 5th July: all day sessions will take place at Filoxenia, the gala dinner will take place in the Buffer zone (separate fee of 50 EUR).
