Pre-conference Cocktail

The Pre-Conference Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the University of Cyprus on Kallipoleos Avenue.
It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
Pre-Conference Cocktail is included in all Onsite Participants’ and Students’ Registration.
Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased through the registration system or onsite.

Conference Dinner
Date: 27 June, 2024

Conference Dinner Venue: will take place at the renovated building of the Old Powerhouse, located in the historical centre of Nicosia
Location: Tempon 3, Nicosia 1016 Cyprus.
We will meet at the restaurant at 19:30 where we will enjoy an array of traditional dishes complimented with local drinks and desserts.
Conference Dinner is included in Full Onsite Registrations for Participants & Students

Nicosia City Walking Tour
Date: 25 June, 2024
Time: 17:30 – 19:00
Departure time: 17:30
Departure point: We will depart from the University of Cyprus on Kallipoleos Avenue in air-conditioned buses with licensed tour guides for an architectural odyssey through the city’s stunning urban landscape.
Our Architecture Tour will take you to iconic landmarks such as the 360° Building, Eleftheria Square, the Jean Nouvel-designed Tower 25, the Venetian Walls, the Davilla Moat, the charming narrow streets of the Chrysaliniotissa neighborhood, and more. We will also cross over to the Northern part of Nicosia to visit more architectural attractions.
Note: In order to enter the North part of Nicosia,
– citizens of EU countries must have a passport or travel document (ID) valid for at least 2 months.
– citizens of countries that are not members of the EU must have a passport or travel document valid for at least 6 months to be able to enter the occupied areas.
We will conclude our tour at Biergarten Pub (9 Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, 1065 Nicosia) around 19:30, where we can enjoy a variety of cold drinks. Please note that each participant will be responsible for their own beverages. Everyone is welcome to join our gathering.
Optional Excursions
Minimum participation for all events: 25 persons
If the excursion you choose is cancelled because of low participation you will be refunded the cost of your ticket in full.
