Call for Workshop Proposals<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

We invite you to submit proposals for half-day or full-day workshops in any area related to the field of space syntax.\u00a0<\/span>The workshops will take place on the 1st day of the conference.<\/p>\n

We particularly encourage proposals for highly interactive and collaborative workshops to foster new ideas and learn new skills. <\/span><\/p>\n

Once the proposal is accepted, the text from the workshop proposal will be used to advertise the Workshop on the conference website and social media.<\/p>\n

Workshop Proposals should be submitted by 02.10.2023 <\/strong>11 September 2023<\/strong><\/span><\/span> using this template<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Submission Steps:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

  1. The submission process for proposals for Workshops at the SSS14 2024 will be done through the EasyAcademia<\/strong> Platform.<\/li>\n
  2. Before you submit you need to create an account in the EasyAcademia<\/strong> Platform.<\/li>\n
  3. To create an EasyAcademia account, visit\u00a0www.easyacademia.org\/phdconference<\/a><\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and click on on either of the “Login<\/strong>“<\/em> buttons. On the that appears, click\u00a0 on “<\/span>Create new account<\/strong>“<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Fill the form with your personal details and click on the “Create Account<\/em><\/strong>” button. An Activation email will be sent to your chosen email adress.<\/li>\n
  5. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.<\/li>\n
  6. Log into\u00a0wwwhttps:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/sss142024<\/a>\u00a0using the login details you provided during account creation.<\/li>\n
  7. Click on “<\/span>Start a new submission<\/strong>“<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>on the top right to enter the submission process.<\/li>\n
  8. Choose “Workshops” at the bottom of the “Tracks” list.<\/li>\n
  9. Go through the steps, adding details as requested.<\/li>\n
  10. Under “Authors<\/em><\/strong>” please input details for each author of the proposal. At least one author must be marked as presenter and\/or correspondent.
    Note: Authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.<\/li>\n
  11. If you are happy with the summary information, please click on “Submit Now<\/strong>“<\/em>\u00a0to finalize the process, and an e-mail will be sent to all co-authors to inform them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
