The AAMAS 2026 Organizing Committee invites proposals for the Tutorial Program, to be held on May 25-26, 2026, immediately before the main conference in Cyprus.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Tutorials should serve one or more of the following objectives:<\/span><\/p>\n Areas of interest include all of those listed in the <\/span>Call for Papers (Main Technical Track<\/span>)<\/span>.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n Tutorials will be half-day long and will be <\/span>in person <\/b>\u2014 <\/span>online\/remote versions will not be accepted<\/b>. A few full-day tutorials may be considered, but the proponents need to motivate their request when submitting their proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n All deadlines are at the end of the specified day, Anywhere on Earth (UTC-12).<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=”https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeuc9o8Nv0zVnN6kWMWh5vuKAUuKRKia5hiwlrxDLagmGjz1g\/viewform” url_new_window=”on” button_text=”Tutorial Proposals – Submission Website” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” custom_button=”on” button_use_icon=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_button][et_pb_text disabled_on=”off|off|off” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ header_3_text_color=”#6c6866″ global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Each proposal must include a <\/span>Tutorial Proposal file<\/b>\u00a0in pdf form, as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n Tutorial Proposals file <\/b>should be 2 to 4 pages in length, formatted using the AAMAS paper template (available<\/span> here<\/span><\/a>), containing the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n The evaluation of the proposal will consider the level of general interest for AAMAS attendees, the quality of the proposal, the feasibility of running it in the proposed mode, the expertise and skills of the presenters, and recent tutorials on the same or related topics at AAMAS.<\/span><\/p>\n We emphasize that the primary criteria for evaluation will be whether a proposal is interesting, well-structured, and motivated, rather than the perceived experience\/standing of the proposer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The overall goal in the selection process is to compose a balanced program of excellent tutorials. Thus, even good proposals might be rejected.
