Airports<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cyprus is served by two International Airports;\u00a0Larnaca International Airport<\/a>, (LCA)\u00a0and\u00a0Paphos International Airport<\/a>, (PFO). Please note that participants have the following options for their transfers from\/to the airport:<\/em><\/p>\n

Private Taxi Transfers<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Conference participants can arrange transfers by taxi through the conference coordinator, EasyConferences. These transfers are bookable online through\u00a0<\/span>www.easyconferences.org<\/a>. These transfers can be private (max 3 persons) or shared.<\/p>\n

Offered taxi rates are applicable for both day and night reservations and include meet and assist services. There are no additional charges for luggage, waiting, etc.<\/p>\n

It is very important to note that the taxi service is provided by trusted collaborators, and EasyConferences coordinates and supervises the whole process.<\/p>\n

Note: There will be a person waiting for you after Customs Formalities with a sign stating the conference name. You simply need to tell your name to the taxi driver and you will be escorted to your taxi for you trip to your hotel.<\/p>\n

Airport Taxis<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Participants may get an airport taxi on arrival at the airport. Service is generally very good, but at times one may have to wait and prices may vary depending on the time of arrival.<\/p>\n

Public Transportation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please note that Cyprus has a comprehensive public bus network, with extensive inner-city routes and also major city and airport connections. For Nicosia bus services\u00a0please\u00a0click here.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>The University of Cyprus\u2019 new campus is connected to the town center with route 33.<\/p>\n

Larnaca & Paphos Airports to Nicosia (and back)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can travel by bus from both the Larnaca and Paphos airports to Nicosia with the \u201cKapnos\u201d airport bus service. The company runs the service with departures from outsite the airport arrival terminals to their central station in Nicosia. They also run a service from their Nicosia staion to each of the two airports. Tickets are available online throught the company website at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/kapnosairportshuttle.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Car rentals<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Participants may opt to hire a car during their stay, and thus use it for their airport transfers. Cars may be reserved through the conference coordinator, EasyConferences at special conference rates and are bookable online through\u00a0www.easyconferences.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note: On arrival please proceed to the booth of \u2018Astra Car Rental\u2019 company and the staff there (present 24\/7) will be able to assist you. You do not need a voucher. Simply mention your name and provide them with your driving license.<\/p>\n
