Anonymity Guidelines<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n- Remove author and institutional information from the author list on the title page.<\/li>\n

- Your own published work that appears on mainstream (including online) and are available for the reviewer must be cited in the third person, in a manner that is not traceable to the identity of the authors. <\/ul>\n<\/strong><\/p>\nReview Process:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nBy submitting a paper to CASA, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by a number of qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and \u2014 if the submission gets accepted \u2014 the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback.<\/p>\n
All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity.<\/p>\n
The Committees of CASA 2023 invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.<\/p>\n
Awards<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\nA number of awards will be conferred during the conference, such as the Best Paper Award.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Additional<\/strong> Requirements for Camera-Ready Submissions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nIf your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\n- Without submitting the copyright form, we can NOT publish your article. The conference secretary will send you a notification about it.<\/li>\n
- REMINDER:<\/strong> At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must be registered\u00a0AND\u00a0attend the conference to present their paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs<\/strong> in their camera-ready papers.<\/span><\/p>\nDual\/Double Submissions and Plagiarism:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nBy submitting a manuscript to CASA, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to CASA 2023. As a rule of thumb, the CASA submission should contain no more than 20 percent<\/strong> of material from previous publications.\u00a0Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.<\/p>\nAll submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:<\/p>\n
\n- Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.<\/li>\n
- Report the authors violation to his\/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).<\/li>\n
- Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.<\/li>\n
- Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarism.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
