We will depart from the venue (UCY) in air-conditioned buses, accompanied by licensed tour guides, to explore the essence of Nicosia’s old town. We’ll delve into its narrow streets, medieval monuments, houses of traditional urban architecture, and hidden gems. Discover landmarks like Famagusta Gate, the Venetian Walls, the Green Line and the vibrant Eleftheria Square. Our tour will conclude with our cocktail at the historical Old Town Hall of Nicosia.

The Welcome Cocktail marks the first social event for all conference delegates. This relaxing evening provides an opportunity to engage with colleagues and peers while enjoying local beverages and a variety of cold and hot canapés.
