eCAADe 2024– Call for workshops

We would like to invite researchers, professionals, designers, and industry practitioners to propose and organize pre conference workshops at the 42^nd eCAADe conference in Nicosia, Cyprus. The goal is to build up an intense teaching environment and an insight discussion with small groups of participants.

The Workshops will be held on September 09-10. 2024.
The conference hosts are providing necessary infrastructure, the workshop leaders are responsible for hosting and organizing their offered workshop themselves.

Workshop leaders have an opportunity to share their original research and practical development experiences on specific new challenges and emerging issues of architectural and design computing. They will offer participants possibilities of theoretical and hands-on software experiences on defined research/practice topics.

The workshop topics ought to be relevant to the conference theme – Data-Driven Intelligence – and tracks specified in: http://2024.ecaade.org

For this call the conference hosts will judge the proposals and chose a total of 6 workshops taking into consideration: the relevance of the topic regarding the Conference theme the experience of the workshop leaders the workshop program envisaged outcomes and goals.

To submit your workshop proposal, please email to ecaade2024@ucy.ac.cy including the necessary practical details on length (half day, full day), space requirements and number of participants.

The call closes on June 15^th 2024

You will receive feedback by July 1^st 2024

Participation at the workshops will be free but does not include a free conference participation, neither for participants nor for workshop leaders.
