Lunch is not included in the ECER 2024 registration fees.<\/p>\n

Please note that there are no restaurants or cafeterias available in close proximity to the University of Cyprus.<\/b><\/p>\n

The pre-bookable lunches cost 15 \u20ac (per lunch)<\/strong> and will include a salad, main course, dessert and water or soft drink.
The salad and main course (e.g. chicken souvlaki, pasta, fish etc) will be provided in separate packages\/boxes, allowing participants to take their lunch with them. Different main course options will be available.<\/p>\n

Bookings will be done online through www.easyconferences.org\/ecer2024\/register<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA\/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Participants may book, except from book their accommodation, participants may book airport transfers, shuttles from hotel to conference venue, lunches, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the booking process periodically; participants may book a room and return later to book further services (subject to availability).<\/span><\/p>\n

The Organizing Committee has secured preferential rates for the Conference participants. Book your accommodation at these rates through the online system.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Please note that for a half double room you need to find on your own the other person to share with, and use the shared code provided through the registration page www.easyconferences.org\/ecer2024\/register<\/a>. Both persons must select a half-double room and use the same shared code in their booking.
