Poster Presentations

  • We recommend a size of 1188 mm high and 841 mm wide (A0 size, portrait).
  • All poster presenters will be presenting in a chosen room/space equipped with poster boards.
  • Presenters will stay next to their poster during the assigned session to be able to
interact with others about the poster.
  • Presenters are responsible for their own posters. All posters should be removed after the session’s end.
  • The poster sessions will be visited by many attendees at the conference. As there will be a considerable
number of posters in this session, it is important that your poster is clear, concise and well laid out for
    maximum impact.

  1. Each Poster has been allocated a number in the session. This number corresponds to the number that will be indicated on the poster panels available and to which you will place your poster.
