She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and an officer and member of the &#8220;Discrimination Committee\u201d. She is a regular speaker at international conferences.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to her truly international background (DEA in Paris X, as well as internships\u00a0in the US and in France with Ius Laboris member firms), Valeria deals on a daily basis with international clients in English and French, on a wide variety of employment law issues, ranging from restructuring processes, collective redundancies, international assignments and immigration issues.
