Post Graduated in Employment Law by Universidade Cl\u00e1ssica de Lisboa and Master in Company Law with specialization in Employment Law by Instituto de Ci\u00eancias do Trabalho e da Empresa in 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Joined the law firm Neville de Rougemont &amp; Associados R.L. in 2000 and became partner in 2007 being the Head of the Employment team up to the present moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cl\u00e1udia is specialized in Employment Law and advises both employees and employers on day to day issues having led several collective dismissals, company\u2019s internal restructuring processes as well as the employment side of transfers and undertakings, being often involved in the negotiation process of worldwide employment contracts and the respective termination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With experience in court Cl\u00e1udia is used to tackle unfair dismissal, discrimination, and general employment claims.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also with knowledge in Human Resources matters, Cl\u00e1udia is experienced in personnel daily organizational issues.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Memberships<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Affiliate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK in 2004.<\/li>\n<li>Member of APERT (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o para o Estudo das Rela\u00e7\u00f5es do Trabalho) in 2004.<\/li>\n<li>Member of EELA (European Employment Lawyer\u2019s Association) since 2010.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publications<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Author of \u201cBoa F\u00e9 na Forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Contrato de Trabalho e o regime do per\u00edodo experimental\u201d, (Bona Fide in the preliminary of the employment contract and during the probationary period) published in Estudos de Direito do Trabalho, Coimbra Editora, 2011 as well as of several articles published in Law magazines and newspapers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Invited by Instituto de Ci\u00eancias do Trabalho e da Empresa to lecture seminars of the Master in Companies\u2019 Law, with several employment related subjects, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.
