Since 2009, he has been the Chair of Labour Law and Civil Law at the Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Currently the Managing Director of the Institute for Civil and Business Law, Faculty of Law, Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bernd has lectured all over Europe, US, Japan, China, South Korea and South Africa, and is an active coordinator of the European Law Network (ELLN).
