He holds a Masters in Private Law and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Legal Advice (DJCE: Dipl\u00f4me de Juriste-Conseil d\u2019Entreprise).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He advises French and international corporations on all aspects of labour law particularly in case of acquisition operations, restructuring plans, collective redundancies and collective bargaining agreements.
