A key \u201ctrusted adviser\u201d within Accenture\u2019s Legal team, Clare is a seasoned negotiator and litigator, with a keen interest in diversity initiatives, industrial relations issues, talent management strategy and delivery of training.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Employment History<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As Director of Employment Law, Global Support to Contracting, Ventures and Acquisitions at Accenture, Clare is responsible for a dedicated function directed to employment law support for transactional matters.\u00a0 She provides management oversight for all complex outsourcing activities, acquisitions and ventures globally, providing direction and guidance on deal-shaping, communications, risk management \/compliance and project management and global industrial relations.
