Interactive Poster Presentations Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Please pay attention to the following when preparing your poster:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Poster Layout Maximum Dimensions:\u00a0A0<\/strong>: 118.9 cm (height) x 84.1 cm (width),\u00a0portrait<\/strong> format.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • All poster presenters will be presenting in a chosen room\/space equipped with poster boards.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Presenters will stay next to their poster during the assigned session to be able to interact with others about the poster.<\/li>\n
      • Presenters are responsible for their own posters.<\/li>\n
      • The poster sessions will be visited by many attendees at the conference. As there will be a considerable
        number of posters in this session, it is important that your poster is clear, concise and well laid out for maximum impact.<\/li>\n
      • Each Poster has been allocated a number in the session (available through the program)<\/strong>. This<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>number corresponds to the number that will be indicated on<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>the poster panels<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>available and to which you will place your poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

        Set up process:

          • On the panels you will find pins that will help you put up your poster<\/li>\n
          • Please leave the pins on the panel after you put down your poster.<\/li>\n
          • We will also be able to provide alternative material (double face tape) in case it is required.<\/li>\n
          • In case of any issue please contact the EasyConferences staff members at the registration desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n

            Symposia Presentations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n
                \n
              • The symposium room has a projector, a screen, microphones, and a stage with a table and five chairs for speakers and the discussant.<\/li>\n
              • Each presenter\u2019s PowerPoint must be pre-loaded on the conference laptop (Desktop screen).<\/li>\n
              • The symposium chair introduces the session theme and each speaker.<\/li>\n
              • Each presenter has a maximum of 15 minutes<\/strong> for their presentation.<\/li>\n
              • The symposium chair will keep time, using visible cards (\u201c5 minutes left,\u201d \u201c1 minute left,\u201d \u201cTIME\u201d<\/strong>), seated in the front row for easy visibility.<\/li>\n
              • Presenters must strictly respect time limits; symposium chairs will enforce them.<\/li>\n
              • Audience questions would be preferable to be reserved for the final discussion.<\/li>\n
              • The symposium chair will moderate the discussion.<\/li>\n
              • The organizer will run the handheld microphone(s) during the discussion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Round Table Discussions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
                  \n
                • \n
                    \n
                  • \u00a0<\/strong>Roundtables are designed to explore critical or controversial issues and encourage diverse viewpoints.<\/li>\n
                  • The coordinator frames the session themes and introduces the speakers.<\/li>\n
                  • Each speaker has 10-15 minutes<\/strong> to summarize their perspective on the themes\/issues.<\/li>\n
                  • After presentations, the coordinator leads a 45\u201355-minute<\/strong> general discussion, highlighting common issues and differences.<\/li>\n
                  • Timing is essential: the chair is responsible for keeping speakers within their time limits to allow ample discussion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
