Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org<\/a>. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA\/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org<\/a>. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org<\/a>, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.<\/p>\n

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps\/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability).   • The\u00a0<\/span>full conference<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>registration gives access to all events included in the 4 days of the program, including reception and social dinner. The\u00a0<\/span>single-day<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>registration provides access to all events included on that day. Social dinner is not included in the single-day registration; the reception is included in the single-day registration for October 21st.<\/li>\n
  • Extra tickets for the social dinner and for the reception can be added.<\/li>\n
  • Each paper included in the proceedings must be covered by an\u00a0<\/span>author registration<\/b>, which can have an IEEE discount but not a student discount. Author registrations must be completed within the term of early registration. Non-authors and co-authors of papers already covered are allowed a reduced rate. The same registration cannot cover multiple papers.<\/li>\n
  • Papers presented in the research track or in the industry track must be covered by a full conference registration. Papers presented in workshops, in the doctoral symposium, in the fast abstract track, or the journal first track, can be covered by a single day registration.<\/li>\n
  • A full conference registration covers both a paper presented in the research or industry track AND a paper presented in workshops, doctoral symposium, fast abstract track, or journal first track.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
