The 2026 Mediterranean Conference on Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Energy Conversion will be held\u00a0 from the 3d to the 6th November 2026,\u00a0 in Paphos, Cyprus. The conference belongs to the series of bi-annual conferences which take place in the Mediterranean region and have established a major energy platform in the region in the last 30 years.<\/p>\n

The 15th international\u00a0 MEDPOWER conference is organized by FREDERICK University and <\/span>the IET Cyprus local network,\u00a0 with the support of the IET Greece and Malta networks, with the Technical support of the IET.<\/span><\/p>\n

MEDPOWER2026 will provide the opportunity for engineers, scientists, technicians, researchers, scholars and companies to exchange ideas and discuss the latest research achievements in academia and industry. The conference also aims to provide a forum to create opportunities for networking and collaboration through a series of presentations, talks, exhibitions and special sessions.<\/p>\n

The conference will cover all aspects of power system design, operation, and planning,\u00a0 including\u00a0 AI and digitalisation in energy systems as well as energy communities.<\/p>\n

Following full paper submission and peer review process, performed by international reviewers, all presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings published on IET Digital Library, IEEE Xplore and will be submitted for consideration to\u00a0 Scopus.<\/p>\n

The conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus and will be formally addressed by the Minister, Mr. Michalis Damianos.<\/p>\n
