Information for Presenters

Please pay attention to the following when preparing your poster:

Poster Layout Maximum Dimensions: A0: 118.9 cm (height) x 84.1 cm (width), portrait format
State the title, the authors and the affiliation at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters
Underline the name of the presenting
The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters
Each poster presenter is responsible to bring a printed version of their poster
Check the conference program to find your poster session (to be announced)
Presenters included in Poster Session I should set up their posters from the afternoon of Monday, April 7, until the evening of Tuesday, April 8.
Presenters included in Poster Session II should set up their poster from the morning of Thursday, April 10 until noon on Friday, April 11
Suitable material will be provided to hang your poster
Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees

Poster Repository – Online Poster Exhibition

Posters will be available in digital format to all 5MPCW participants during the conference, on the conference website, in a participants-only area.

Please pay attention to the following when preparing your oral presentation:

Each oral talk will be strictly 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers
Submit your presentation in PPT or PPTX or PDF format using your easyacademia account
Your presentation must be received by April 4, 2025, at the latest.
