global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span>Poster Presentations guidelines<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>Please pay attention to the following when preparing your poster:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Poster Layout Maximum Dimensions: <strong>A0<\/strong>: 118.9 cm (height) x 84.1 cm (width), <strong>portrait<\/strong> format<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>State the title, the authors and the affiliation at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Underline the name of the presenting <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The text and the illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Each poster presenter is responsible to bring a printed version of their poster<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Check the conference program to find your poster session (<strong>to be announced<\/strong>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters included in <strong>Poster Session I<\/strong> should set up their posters from the afternoon of Monday, April 7, until the evening of Tuesday, April 8.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presenters included in <strong>Poster Session II <\/strong>should set up their poster from the morning of Thursday, April 10 until noon on Friday, April 11<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Suitable material will be provided to hang your poster<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Poster Repository &#8211; Online Poster Exhibition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Posters will be available in digital format to all 5MPCW participants during the conference, on the conference website, in a participants-only area. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Create and submit your poster in PDF format using your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/5mpcw2025\">easyacademia<\/a> account<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Your poster PDF must be received by <strong>April 3, 2025, at the latest<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span>Oral Presentations guidelines<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span>Please pay attention to the following when preparing your oral presentation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Each oral talk will be strictly 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and answers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Submit your presentation in PPT or PPTX or PDF format using your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/5mpcw2025\">easyacademia<\/a> account<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Your presentation must be received by <strong>April 4, 2025, at the latest<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243;
