Before you start the submission process, please read through the submission guidelines below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong>\u00a0Options you select or information you input in the submission\u00a0steps are only temporarily saved, please visit the final\u00a0<strong>Summary<\/strong>\u00a0step and\u00a0<strong>submit<\/strong>\u00a0otherwise the information may be lost. You can always visit\u00a0back later and update your submission if required. For questions regarding the submission process please contact EasyConferences at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@easyconferences.org\">support@easyconferences.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 18px;\">Steps<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an \u201cEasyAcademia\u201d account through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.easyacademia.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.<br \/> Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Log into\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/mpu2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.easyacademia.org\/mpu2020<\/a>, using the login details you provided at the beginning.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.<\/li>\n<li>Select an appropriate format (Oral \/ Poster contribution)<\/li>\n<li>Enter the appropriate information in the Title step.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your Abstract text (max length: 250 words) in the following step. Only text is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked for each type of role available (presenter, corresponding).<br \/> Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.<\/li>\n<li>Select up to 2 topics most applicable to your submission.<\/li>\n<li>In the Upload step, you can select and upload the relevant file for your abstract (Word). Click on the <em>upload abstract<\/em> button on the right, locate the file on your device and click ok.<\/li>\n<li>Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.<\/li>\n<li>If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process.
