Submission steps

  • Create an “EasyAcademia” account through www.easyacademia.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  • Log into www.easyacademia.org/prime2024 using the login details you provided at the beginning.
  • Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process. Carefully read the instructions below to ensure that your submission meets the guidelines and then proceed with the submission process. 

Guidelines on preparing your paper

Prepare a file of your paper in the proper format (listed below).

Paper Format: Authors should prepare the manuscript according to the IEEE double column conference paper template style.

Your must comply with the following specifications:
Paper Length: The maximum number of accepted pages is 4, including all figures, tables and references.
Paper Size: US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
Allowed File Size: 10 MB
Do NOT page number your paper
Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
Note: Deviations from the above paper could impede the review of your paper and result in rejection.

Submission Process

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process (Do NOT use all uppercase when filling in the form.)
  • Please enter the title of the paper 
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract 
  • Keywords: Indicate 3 keywords that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission. Make sure to list ALL authors.
  • In Upload step, please upload your paper** (Word or Pdf)
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  • If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process. 

IMPORTANT: If you wish to update your uploaded file, do NOT create a new submission.
Use the UPDATE button below to update the existing one.
