Carefully read the instructions below to ensure that your submission meets the guidelines and then proceed with the submission process.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Guidelines on preparing your paper<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Prepare a file of your paper in the proper format (listed below).<\/p>\n<p>Paper Format: Authors should prepare the manuscript according to the IEEE double column <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">conference paper template<\/a> style.<\/p>\n<p>Your must comply with the following specifications:<br \/><strong>Paper Length<\/strong>: The maximum number of accepted pages is 4, including all figures, tables and references.<br \/><strong>Paper Size<\/strong>: US Letter (8.5&#8243; x 11&#8243;) or A4 (210mm X 297mm)<br \/><strong>Fonts:<\/strong> Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.<br \/><strong>File Format<\/strong>: Adobe PDF (.pdf)<br \/><strong>Allowed File Size<\/strong>: 10 MB<br \/>Do NOT page number your paper<br \/>Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.<br \/>Note: Deviations from the above paper could impede the review of your paper and result in rejection.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_5  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h4><strong>Submission Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"styled-list\">\n<li>Please click on <b>Start a new submission<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>on the top right to enter the submission process (Do NOT use all uppercase when filling in the form.)<\/li>\n<li><span>Please enter the\u00a0<strong>title<\/strong> of the paper\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Write\/paste in the box your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>abstract\u00a0<\/strong><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Keywords<\/strong>: Indicate 3 keywords that describe the paper.<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Under<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Authors<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and \/ or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission. Make sure to list ALL authors.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> Upload\u00a0<\/strong>step, please upload your paper** (Word or Pdf)<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"icon-arrow-right\"><\/i>Under<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Summary\u00a0<\/strong>you may check the details of the submission.
