You will only need to provide the text within the system, you do not have to upload a file at this time.<\/p>\n<p>Upon opening the submission form, you will be presented with a list of Open Sessions to submit to. Select an appropriate one for your abstract; if you need to change it, click on the Track step shown in the left column of the form to go back.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If a session is greyed out, it is unavailable at this time; please check back in a few days while details are finalised.<\/p>\n<p>You can make unlimited changes to your submission before the deadline.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.25.4&#8243; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; header_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; background_color=&#8221;#e09900&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;5px|5px|5px|5px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> While submitting, please note that the system will not save a draft version. Easy Academia provides a dynamic submission process, where more options become available according to your selections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please go through the list providing the correct details at each step, so you receive the appropriate options at a later stage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While visiting EasyAcademia.org, the recommended browsers are<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Firefox<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>or<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Chrome<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/welcome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Open an EasyAcademia account<\/u><\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>&#8211;<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/rc33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Submit to RC 33<\/u><\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 align=\"left\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Detailed Submission Steps<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Create an EasyAcademia account:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.easyacademia.org\/signup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account<br \/> Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Log into<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.easyacademia.org\/rc33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.easyacademia.org\/rc33<\/a>, using the login details you provided at the beginning.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.<\/li>\n<li>Select an appropriate track from the list for your abstract.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your submission title.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a 300 word abstract.<\/li>\n<li>Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and \/ or correspondent.<span>\u00a0<\/span><br \/> Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.<\/li>\n<li>Select up to 3 topics most applicable to your submission.<\/li>\n<li>Under Summary you may check the details of the submission.
