As Nations Enablement Director at OceanQuest, Jos\u00e9 led initiatives empowering nations to explore and protect remote ocean regions, bridging scientific ambition with diplomatic action. At KAUST’s New Technologies and Innovation unit, he now serves as Consortia and Network Development Advisor, supporting the growth of strategic partnerships and collaborative frameworks that connect research institutions, industry, and international networks.<\/p>\n
