A minimum paper length of 4 pages is also imposed. Word and LaTeX templates as well as PDF instructions are available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Do not add any page numbering, header or footer (other than the copyright info).<\/p>\n<p>In preparing the camera ready version of your paper please <u>make sure to take under consideration and address any and all comments by the reviewers<\/u>.<\/p>\n<h3>Copyright Notice<\/h3>\n<p>The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear <u>on the bottom of the first page<\/u> of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging\/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Strict compliance is required for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, so please ensure that all the criteria are satisfied. It is so essential that you use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to validate your papers.<\/p>\n<h3>Before Creating a PDF<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document.<br \/> \u2022 Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.<\/p>\n<h3>Creating your PDF eXpress Account<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Log in to the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdf-express.org\/plus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IEEE PDF eXpress<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>Plus site<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First-time users should do the following:<br \/> 1. Select the New Users \u2013 Click Here link.<br \/> 2. Enter the following:<br \/> \u2022<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>47489X<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>for the Conference ID<br \/> \u2022 your email address<br \/> \u2022 a password<br \/> 3. Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/p>\n<p>An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your<br \/> account setup.<\/p>\n<p>Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should<br \/> enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact<br \/> information is valid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contacting PDF eXpress Support<\/strong><br \/> Access the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ieee.custhelp.com\/app\/answers\/list\/p\/12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Publications Support Center<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>for IEEE PDF eXpress.<\/p>\n<h3>Final Submission<\/h3>\n<p>Once you have completed all the above, please send a unique email to <a href=\"mailto:ntsap@image.ntua.gr\">ntsap@image.ntua.gr<\/a> (please use in the title &#8220;Final submission files for paper {your EDAS paper_ID}&#8221;) containing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The PDF camera-ready that includes the copyright notice in the footer and has been verified by PDF eXpress.<\/li>\n<li>A zip\/rar file with the sources of the final version of the paper.<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the registration receipt for your paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All submissions will be confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours please contact us again, as some communication error may occur.
