Please follow the instructions below.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Invitation letters for VISA purposes are handled by Easy Conferences. Please send your request at <a href=\"mailto:info@easyconferences.eu\">info@easyconferences.eu<\/a>. Kindly note that in order to be able to send you a visa invitation letter, paid registration for the conference is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[divider scroll_text=&#8221;&#8221;][space height=&#8221;20&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registrations will be done online through\u00a0www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA\/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through their bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process,\u00a0www.easyconferences.org. It is very easy to use, is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through\u00a0www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at special conference negotiated rates. Once you complete and save your selected services through the online System, your bookings will be reserved until the payment is completed, at which point the bookings will be confirmed. To complete the payment you may login back to the system any time before the closure of the online Easy Conferences Registration System.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Registration Fees<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Each accepted submission\u00a0must be registered with a FULL registration (either ACM\/IEEE member or non Member)\u00a0by the 2nd October. ACM\/IEEE Member or Non Member registrations allow the submission of one (1) paper.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The papers\u00a0for the main events (UCC and\u00a0BDC), both short and long, as well as the workshops&#8217; papers can have <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">up to 2 additional pages\u00a0at\u00a0a rate of<br \/>\n\u20ac 50 per page.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conference Registration Fees can vary depending on the date.
