The conference solicits regular (no more than ten pages) and short papers (no more than four pages). The Program Committee may require an accepted paper to be adapted into a short paper or extended abstract (no more than two pages and poster presentation only). All papers must be prepared according to the ACM SIG Proceedings Template format*. For any problems with the templates, please contact ACM's TeX support team at Aptara (acmtexsupport@aptaracorp.com). The papers must be original contributions not submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. A submitted contribution should clearly indicate the conference topics it targets. For an accepted contribution to be included in the proceedings, at least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.

Each paper is to be submitted electronically as a single PDF file through EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ecbs2017.

The proceedings of ECBS 2017 will be published by ACM in the ACM Digital Library within its International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS).

An important aspect of preparing your paper for publication is to provide the proper indexing and retrieval information from the ACM Computing Classification System (CCS).

ACM sends all published materials to DBLP, Scopus and Thomson Reuters for indexing in their products.

*Only those papers whose copyright forms have been submitted and approved will be printed or distributed. The rest may not be published by ACM.
