Registrations are closed

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Note:

Every accepted paper must have at least one full (non-student) registration.

All Authors should register and pay by the 15th of April 2019 in order to have their papers included in the proceedings.

Full Fee - ACM/SIG Member/Non Member/ Student ACM/SIG/Student Non Member Registration Fees include: access to the main conference, tutorials and workshops , conference material, coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner(except for student registrations). UMAP 2019 is collocated with SMAP 2019. SMAP sessions (9th&10th June 2019) are included in the registration fee for UMAP Full Fee participants.

Main Conference - ACM/SIG Member/Non Member/ Student ACM/SIG/Student Non Member Registration Fees include: access to the main conference, conference material, coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner (except for student registrations). * Student Registration: Documentation proving registered student status (student's ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent to: info@easyconferences.eu. Student Fees do not include access to the conference dinner and this can be purchased separately at the "Additional Options" step.

Workshops / Tutorials will be held only on June 9th.

Every accepted paper must have at least one ACM/SIG Member/Non Member (Non-Student) registration.

The Workshop/Tutorial fee includes admission ONLY to UMAP 2019 tutorials and workshops, workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch for the day.

UMAP 2019 is collocated with SMAP 2019. First day SMAP (9th June 2019) sessions are included in registration fee for UMAP workshop/tutorial participants.
