Petros Stratis is the Managing Director and Founder of EasyConferences. His entrepreneurship journey began in 1991 when he founded a travel agency specializing in business travel.

The formation of the travel agency coincided with the formation of the University of Cyprus. As the Academic Community grew so did their conference needs. Initially the requests had to do more with the travel needs of conference participants, but the requests soon extended to other services. Realizing the needs, the company expanded its services and built its own software to cater for conferences.

Over time, the vision evolved, leading EasyConferences to expand its footprint across borders and continents, catering to diverse academic communities worldwide.

Melita Rolandi-Stratis has been an indispensable pillar of EasyConferences from the beginning. Melita with her LSE financial background and experience, shoulders the demanding task of coordinating all aspects of conference logistics and finances. Her role requires meticulous attention to detail, as she navigates the complexities of stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource allocation with precision and efficiency.

In addition, professionalism and boundless energy are her defining attributes. Her ongoing commitment to excellence characterizes every aspect of her work, inspiring confidence and trust among colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Nicolas Stratis represents the new generation of EasyConferences. With a wealth of international professional experience and a solid academic background, Nicolas brings a fresh perspective and invaluable skills to his role as Conference Coordinator.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Reading and a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. His politeness and patience resonate with stakeholders, fostering efficient communication and strong relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

Vasso has been working since 2017 as a Conference Coordinator at EasyConferences. She is renowned for her strong communication skills, allowing her to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members alike. Her ability to convey information ensures that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the event planning process.

Her Bachelor’s degree in MIS equips her with the necessary analytical skills to navigate logistical complexities. Outside of her professional endeavors, Vasso enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether planning trips or simply enjoying moments of relaxation together, she cherishes the opportunities to bond with her loved ones.

Nicolas joined EasyConferences in 2019 and has been serving as a Conference Coordinator since then. His positive attitude and sense of humor create a lively work environment. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of conference planning and execution is carefully considered.

Christos has been working as a Conference Coordinator at EasyConferences since 2018. He also holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s in International Relations, providing him with strong analytical skills.

He is tech-savvy and adept at leveraging technological tools such as WordPress to enhance attendees’ experience. His proficiency in utilizing our cutting-edge online registration and abstract submission software back office enables him to deliver personalized solutions for each conference individually.

Yiota joined our growing team in 2024 as an Accountant. With strong analytical skills and a client-focused approach, she plays a key role in ensuring the success of EasyConferences’ events.

Mary has been an integral part of EasyConferences’ success for sixteen years, holding the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. In addition to her primary role, she extends her support as Conference Coordinator, embodying a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Mary boasts extensive experience in the hospitality industry and holds a degree in Travel and Tourism Management, providing her with a profound understanding of industry dynamics. Her interpersonal skills and positive attitude have been instrumental in building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Alexandra brings creativity and precision to her role as a Graphic Designer at EasyConferences, where she has been crafting visually captivating branding identities and booklets since 2021. With her blend of formal education and hands-on experience, Alexandra plays an important role in shaping the aesthetic appeal of conferences hosted by EasyConferences.

Defined by her politeness and professionalism, Alexandra approaches every project with a commitment to excellence. Her meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines ensure that every design project is delivered with precision and punctuality.

Yiannis is a new addition to the EasyConferences growing team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise as a Digital Content Specialist. With a diverse educational background that includes a degree in Engineering, two master’s degrees, and multiple professional certifications, Yiannis offers expertise in digital media strategies.

His creative flair and client-oriented approach have made him a valuable asset in crafting engaging digital content for EasyConferences.

Boyana has been an integral part of EasyConferences team since 2009, starting as a conference coordinator and moving to the Accountant Department. She has an extensive experience on preparing of conference budgets, ensuring the financial stability of the events, monitoring the registrations/sponsors income and complying with supplier’s payments,

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Boyana finds joy in the picturesque surroundings of the Pafos district, where she lives permanently.

Ala joined EasyConferences in 2023 as an integral member of the accounting department, bringing her expertise and an excellent work ethic. As an accountant, she plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of each conference, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling invoices and transactions related to the numerous conferences hosted by EasyConferences.

Splitting her time between Nicosia and Pafos, Liz loves to explore new places, indulge in culinary delights, and spend quality time with her loved ones.

He has a strong academic and working background in Computer Science, which is the foundation of his technical prowess. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, which allows him to gain fresh perspectives.

Alexander is a recent addition to our expanding team, bringing with him a passion for software development. In his role as a Software Developer, Alexander is responsible for ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software systems, as well as contributing to the development of the EasyConferences websites.

With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Alexander possesses a solid foundation of technical knowledge. Outgoing and talkative, Alexander brings a positive energy to the EasyConferences team. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball with friends.
