Easy Conferences uses a custom-built (in-house) Online Registration System, providing participants a seamless process where they can sign up for the conference / workshops, book accommodation, airport transfers / car hire, social activities and any other related services. Payments can be instantly accepted online.
Recently we added a Paper Submission System to our services, with support for abstract and (full) paper submission, program committee assignment and reviewer management, conference program creation with session / paper allocation, proceedings creation, and data / reports exporting.
