Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

During the online registration through www.easyconferences.org, participants will be able to renew their CyNUM Annual Membership or register as new members and pay the annual fee.

Membership Benefits

All membership fees are used to support research and dissemination activities. By joining CyNUM you will support its educational activities and its role in promoting the study of urban form in Cyprus. Your membership benefits include:

Participation in the yearly General Assembly.
Voting rights at 2-yearly Council elections during the General Assembly.
Candidacy rights for Council positions.
Quarterly newsletter email.

Member fees are only applicable to delegates who are registered CyNUM members. Please note, CyNUM members enjoy a lower registration fee and a multitude of benefits.
You can renew your CyNUM membership or register as a new member, through the system.

CuNUM Member, Students and Non-Members registration fees include: coffee breaks, lunch, opening cocktail and digital conference proceedings. Farewell dinner, participation in the tours and the field visit will have an additional cost and can be purchased through the system.

*PSUC Participants can attend the CyNUM conference welcome reception and the keynote speeches free of charge. Moreover, coffee breaks are offered. PSUC participants, who would like to participate in the whole CyNUM conference and receive the full package and documentation, will have to register and pay as Non-Members. PSUC participants can also register for the conference farewell dinner and/or the conference field visits separately at an additional cost (can be purchased through the system).
