The following Social Events will take place during the ECER 2024 conference:

TUESDAY, 27 AUGUST 2024: ECER Welcome Reception (Included in all ECER Registration Fees)
THURSDAY, 29 AUGUST 2024: ECER Gala Dinner (Not included in the Registration fees)
How to Book
Bookings will be done online through www.easyconferences.org/ecer2024/register. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. Participants may book, except from book their accommodation, participants may book airport transfers, shuttles from hotel to conference venue, lunches, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the booking process periodically; participants may book a room and return later to book further services (subject to availability).
The Organizing Committee has secured preferential rates for the Conference participants. Book your accommodation at these rates through the online system.
• Please note that for a half double room you need to find on your own the other person to share with, and use the shared code provided through the registration page www.easyconferences.org/ecer2024/register. Both persons must select a half-double room and use the same shared code in their booking.
• The below accommodation rates are per night and are inclusive of V.A.T. Breakfast is included.

The Welcome Cocktail marks the first social gathering exclusive to ERC participants. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The ERC Welcome Cocktail is included in all ERC Registration Fees.
ECER Welcome Reception

Location: University of Cyprus (Venue)
Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue (University of Cyprus). It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The Welcome Reception is included in all ECER Registration Fees.
ECER Gala Dinner
Date: THURSDAY, 29 AUGUST 2024
Time: 19:15 – 23:00
Departure Time: 19:15
Departure From: Venue (University of Cyprus)
We will gather at the lobby (Leventios Building) of the Venue (UCY), from where we will promptly depart in air-conditioned coaches. You have three dinner options to choose from, each offering a unique dining experience. Whether you prefer local traditional food, a seaside view, or a rustic atmosphere, there’s something for everyone!
The Conference Dinner is NOT included in the Registration fees.
Gala Dinner Tickets can be purchased at the “Conference Extras” section during the online registration through http://www.easyconferences.org/ecer2024/register
Return coach transfers will be provided from/to Nicosia to/from the dinner venue.
