Notes

• Each paper must have at least one fully paid author registration for the Conference (which is regular, i.e., non-student registration) by the 9th Sept 2016.
• Regular Conference Registration fees cover conference materials, a copy of the proceedings, attendance to all sessions for three days, daily coffee breaks and lunches, welcome cocktails and banquet dinner.
• Regular Workshop/Tutorial Registration fees cover attendance to all sessions for 1 or 2 days respectively, coffee breaks and lunch for the selected day.
• Regular FULL Workshop/Tutorial Registration fees cover attendance to all sessions for 1 or 2 days respectively, coffee breaks and lunch for the selected day and Workshop Dinner.
• Student Registration fees cover conference materials, a copy of the proceedings, attendance to all sessions for three days, daily coffee breaks and lunches, welcome cocktails and banquet dinner. Participants must be full-time students to be registered as students, and must provide a valid evidence of their full-time student status (e.g. a scan of student card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) by emailing info@easyconferences.eu.
• Student Workshop/Tutorial Registration fees cover attendance to all sessions for 1 or 2 days respectively, coffee breaks and lunch for the selected day. Participants must be full-time students to be registered as students, and must provide a valid evidence of their full-time student status (e.g. a scan of student card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) by emailing info@easyconferences.eu.
