Welcome Reception (Jun 29)

Location: St. Raphael Resort – 5* Venue

Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates. This will take place at the Venue Hotel. The event will take place near the lobby area. It will be a relaxing evening with lots of local drinks and ample canapés.

Conference dinner (Jun 30)

Departure time: 19:30 (meet at the lobby of St. Raphael Resort – 5* Venue)

We will get together at the hotel lobby and we will then proceed to a local tavern where the conference dinner will take place. The local tavern serves excellent dishes of Cypriot cuisine in a delicate appearance. Desserts, local wines and drinks will harmoniously complete the rich menu to be tasted. The event can definitely be considered as an opportunity to meet and get to know better fellow delegates in a different yet relaxed environment.

Full Day Excursion

Nicosia Town Thursday, July 2 Participation: € 50 Nicosia is the capital of Cyprus and a must for every visitor on the island. Our tour will first lead us to the Cyprus Archaeological Museum where a huge collection of important archaeological findings are housed and through which the long cultural and historical heritage of the island is revealed. Half Day Excursion

Limassol Town Sunday, June 28 (Afternoon) Participation: €28 Limassol is the second largest city of the island, with stretches of sandy beaches, beautiful traditional and modern buildings as well as world-class hotels. Our first stop is the Amathus Archaeological Site. Located 11km east of Limassol center, it is considered one of the most important ancient and historical sites of Cyprus. View more details
