A total of 15 minutes will be allocated to each presenter. Presentations must be maximum 12 minutes long; 3 minutes of questions will follow.

The Zoom platform will be used for the event. Informative emails will be sent out prior to the conference with details on how to access the conference rooms.

Creating a Zoom account

Please ensure that you have created a Zoom account, and installed the Zoom application on your device prior to joining in a conference room.
