NICOSIA TOUR & CONFERENCE DINNER

Meet at venue hotel lobby: 14:15
Departure Time for Nicosia: 14:30

We will get together at 14:15 at the lobby of St Raphael
Resort where we will meet with the ICAT-EGVE 2018
participants. We will promptly depart in air-conditioned
coaches to Nicosia. Experienced professional guides
will meet us at Nicosia old town around 15:30 to walk
(weather permitting) on a sightseeing tour of the main
places of interest, particularly in the old town. At 17:30
we will arrive at Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation in
Faneromeni area www.boccf.org/visit-us where a cocktail
reception will take place under the auspices of the
Mayor of Nicosia. The program will continue with a session
on “VR and Computer Games” which includes the
presentation ““using VR and AR technology to drive engagement
in military history museums” by ICAT-EGVE
keynote speaker, Tracy Spaight, Director of Special Projects
at Wargaming.net. At 19:30 we will be walking to a
nearby traditional restaurant in the old town, where we
will have dinner accompanied with local drinks. We will
depart from Nicosia for Limassol around 22:00.
