Submission Guidelines

How to Submit

Guidelines:

Important: Options you select or information you input in the submission steps are only temporarily saved, please visit the final Summary step and submit otherwise the information may be lost. You can always visit back later and update your submission if required. For questions regarding the submission process please contact EasyConferences at support@easyconferences.org

Individual Papers

Steps

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Select Track: Individual Papers
  • Please enter the title of the individual paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 200 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate 4 keywords that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  • Under Mode of Presentation please respond to the question relevant to your submission.
  • In Attachment step, please upload a file (Word or Pdf) with the extended summary of your paper (600-1000 words including references)
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  • If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the

Symposium Overview

 Steps

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Select Track: Symposia
  • Select Format: Symposium Overview
  • Please enter the title of the symposium (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 200 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate 4 keywords that describe the symposium.
  • Under Authors please input details for the symposium chair(s), the symposium discussant and the authors of the symposium papers. At least one author (preferrably the presenter) of the symposium papers must be included and marked as presenter. Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission. 
  • In Attachment step, please upload a file (Word or Pdf) with the extended summary of your paper (400-600 words including references)
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  • If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the correspondents.

Following this submission the submission system will automatically email the authors named in the symposium details as responsible for each symposium paper a code for the symposium. These authors should then submit their respective papers, following the instructions for symposium papers listed below. To do so, they must use the code which they have received from the system to link their submission to the symposium.

Symposium Papers

Following the submission of the symposium overview (where you have been indicated as author) the submission system will automatically email the authors named in the symposium details as responsible for each symposium paper (marked as presenters), a code for the symposium. These authors should then submit their respective symposium paper following the instructions for symposium papers, listed below. To do so, they must use the code which they have received from the system to link their submission to the symposium.

  • Select Format: Symposium Papers and enter the code in the text box
  • Please enter the title of the symposium paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 200 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate 4 keywords that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the symposium paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.

  • Please enter the title of the poster (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 200 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate 4 keywords that describe the poster.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the poster. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  • In Attachment step, please upload a file (Word or Pdf) with the extended summary of your poster (600-1000 words including references)

  • Keywords: Indicate 4 keywords that describe your contribution.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the the contribution. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
