Frequently Asked Questions
Can I extend my stay before or after the conference?
Yes. Participants who wish to arrive earlier or extend their stay after the conference are welcome to do so, subject to hotel availability. To arrange additional nights, please contact the Easyconferences team at accommodation@easyconferences.eu, who will be happy to assist you with availability, rates, and your accommodation request.
Can I share a room with another participant?
Please note that for a half-double room, you need to find the other person to share with on your own and use the shared code provided on the registration page at www.easyconferences.org.
One participant should first select a **Half Double Room** during registration. After completing the accommodation selection, a unique **sharing code** will be generated. This code should be shared with the second participant, who can simply enter it during the **Accommodation** step of their own registration.
Once the code is entered, the system will automatically assign the same room and accommodation dates, so there is no need for the second participant to select the dates or room again. Each participant will receive a separate invoice for their own registration and accommodation.

The Easyconferences office operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours. During the conference period, an emergency contact number will be provided to all participants for urgent assistance.
How far are the hotels from the conference venue?
In addition to the conference venue hotel, participants can choose from a selection of carefully selected hotels offering exclusive conference rates.
All recommended properties are conveniently located either within close proximity to the venue or with excellent transport connections, ensuring quick and easy access to the conference while providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Is transportation provided between the hotels and the venue?
Transportation between the recommended hotels and the conference venue is not included in the accommodation package.
