Welcome Reception (Jun 15)

Location: Golden Bay Beach Hotel – 5* Venue

Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates. This will take place at the Venue Hotel. The event will take place near the lobby area. It will be a relaxing evening with lots of local drinks and ample canapés.

Conference Dinner (Jun 16)

Departure time: 19:30 (meet at the lobby of Golden Bay Beach Hotel – 5* Venue)

We will get together at the hotel lobby and we will then proceed to a local tavern where the conference dinner will take place. The local tavern serves excellent dishes of Cypriot cuisine in a delicate appearance. Desserts, local wines and drinks will harmoniously complete the rich menu to be tasted. The event can definitely be considered as an opportunity to meet and get to know better fellow delegates in a different yet relaxed environment.

Full Day Excursion

Nicosia Town Thursday, June 18 Participation: € 48 Nicosia is the capital of Cyprus and a must for every visitor on the island. Our tour will first lead us to the Cyprus Archaeological Museum where a huge collection of important archaeological findings are housed and through which the long cultural and historical heritage of the island is revealed. Half Day Excursion

Larnaca Town Sunday, June 14 Participation: €26 Larnaca town is famous for its beautiful sea front and has an efficient tourist infrastructure. Our tour will first lead us to the church of St. Lazarus. This early 10th century church is built over the tombs of St. Lazarus, which can still be seen in the crypt. View more details
