Log in and submit

After creating an account and verifying your email, log in to the conference to start submitting.

Detailed instructions

Submissions will be made using the EasyAcademia.org submission system. Before you start the submission process, please read through the submission guidelines below.

Important: Options you select or information you input in the submission steps are only temporarily saved, please visit the final Summary step and submit otherwise the information may be lost. You can always visit back later and update your submission if required. For questions regarding the submission process please contact EasyConferences at support@easyconferences.org

Create an account

Visit EasyAcademia and click on Get started to create an account: www.easyacademia.org

An email will be sent to you after account creation, click the link inside to confirm. Check your spam folder if you have not received it within a few minutes.

Submission

Visit www.easyacademia.org/xxxiiimaterials2018, and log in using the details provided during account creation.

Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.

Review guidelines and continue.

Enter a title for your contribution.

Enter requested details for all co-authors of the contribution. You can add as many authors as needed. One presenter and at least one correspondent must be selected.

Select a topic most applicable to your submission.

Upload your paper in Word format by clicking Upload abstract and selecting the file on your computer. Make sure that the file is prepared according to the conference standard before uploading.

Review the entered submission details, and click on Submit Now to finalize. You can click on any step on the left to change details if needed before finalizing your submission.
