Guidelines
Submission procedure
The submissions and reviews will be handled through EasyChair and the submission link is: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icihaw2021 .
All contributions are peer-reviewed by an International Program Scientific Committee.
Proposals should fit one of the following categories:
- Research and Technical Papers, up to 15 pages, describing original unpublished research, making a substantial contribution to the research field
- Short Papers, up to 6 pages, describing original unpublished research, making a small but solid contribution to the field
- Demos, up to 4 pages, describing innovative tools that address topics relevant to the conference
Submissions should specify on the first page the type of submission (“R&T”, “Short”, “Demo”).
Submission template
We recommend using the Springer template (in A4 format) for all submission types.
Proceedings
Accepted contributions will be published in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series.
CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings (WoS).
Please note that :
It is the author’s responsibility to make sure the paper is free from plagiarism and all legal consents and copyrights are properly archived upon submission to the conference.
At least one author of accepted submission must register as the presenter by the early registration deadline.
