The registration fees include:

  1. Participation at the conference (both online and onsite)
  2. Digital Proceedings – indexed in “Scopus”
  3. Lunches and coffee breaks for Onsite participants & Onsite Students.
  4. A digital folder with all papers and abstracts for participants of all registration tiers.
  5. Pre-conference reception for Onsite Participants & Onsite Students.
  6. “Full” Onsite Registration Tiers include the cost of the Tour-and-Conference dinner.
  7. Tickets for the Pre-Conference Reception and Conference Dinner will be available for purchase through the registration system and from the registration desk onsite.

Please Note:

Registrations for either Onsite or Online Student tiers will be accepted only if the student provides proof of his or her student status, by email to the info@easyconferences.eu address. Acceptable proof can be a current and valid copy of your student ID, a valid letter of acceptance with clear reference of the period of study or a letter from your supervising professor certifying that during the dates of the conference you have the student capacity.

How to register

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. This is a different platform than the one where abstracts and papers were submitted (www.easyacademia.org) so you will need to sign-up to it.

Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).
