Submission Steps

Submission Steps:

  1. The submission process for the PhD Conference will be done through the EasyAcademia Platform.
  2. Before you submit you need to create an account in the EasyAcademia Platform.
  3. To create an EasyAcademia account, visit www.easyacademia.org/phdconference and click on on either of the Login buttons. On the that appears, click  onCreate new account.
  4. Fill the form with your personal details and click on the “Create Account” button. An Activation email will be sent to your chosen email adress.
  5. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  6. Log into www.easyacademia.org/phdconference,  using the login details you provided during account creation.
  7. Click onStart a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  8. Go through the steps, adding details as requested.
  9. Under “Authors” please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and/or correspondent.
    Note: Authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  10. If you are happy with the summary information, please click on “Submit Now to finalize the process, and an e-mail will be sent to all co-authors to inform them.

Abstracts should be submitted by 27.03.2023 03.04.2023 using the template below:

Guidelines for Abstracts:

Title.

Affiliation.

Abstract up to 400 words to be filled in the template file given by the organising committee.

One image, size: 100 mm x 80 mm , resolution, 300 dpi.
