SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

The Camera Ready submission is now OPEN. Deadline 30th April AOE

Notifications have been sent and the submission system is open for submitting the Camera Ready versions of your papers. Please click on to see and use the templates appropriate for your submission below. Please note that the Camera Ready versions of your submissions will be the ones included in the publication of the proceedings of the Symposium. No changes to these Camera Ready documents will be possible after the deadline of the 30th of April.

Long Paper Camera Ready Template

Short paper Camera Ready Template

1) Short Papers should be submitted by 30.01.2024 18.02.2024, adhering to the guidelines and using the templates below:

Guidelines

  • SHORT papers should be a maximum of 1800 words (not including references and abstract) and no more than 3 figures.
  • Please use the insert figure caption option.
  • figures and images should be high resolution (minimum 300dpi).
  • The maximum size for SHORT papers submitted is 20Mb.

2) Long Papers should be submitted by 30.01.2024 18.02.2024, adhering to the guidelines and using the templates below:

  • Full papers should be a maximum of 8000 words (not including references and abstract) and no more than 10 figures.
  • Please use the insert figure caption option.
  • figures and images should be high resolution (minimum 300dpi).
  • The maximum size for full papers submitted is 20Mb.

3) Posters Guidelines:

Presentation of research study which includes a series of 6-10 images/diagrams, accompanied by text.

Abstract: maximum 150 words
Text: maximum 1000 words (references are not necessary)
Images: minimum 6 and maximum 10 (these can be either black & white or colour; 600dpi)
Presentation Format: A0 poster presentation (portrait), in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

 

Submission Steps:

  1. The paper submission process for the SSS14 2024 will be done through the EasyAcademia Platform, in the same account as your original abstact submission.
  2. Log into https://www.easyacademia.org/sss142024 using the login details you provided during account creation. You have used these credentials to submit your work during the abstract submission process.
  3. Access the submission for which you want to complete the final step. At the lower right of the screen with your submission’s title, author names and track you will see a button named “upload full paper”. Click this button and follow the instructions on the next screen.
