Abstracts and Submission / Proposition d'intervention

Submission is closed

The abstracts (1000-1500 characters) must include full name of author, affiliation and contact details (postal and email addresses, phone and fax numbers). In the case of presentations with more than one author, the names of all the authors must be given in full and the contact person must be specified.
Please indicate whether you are proposing an oral or a poster presentation.

The deadline for submissions of proposals is the end of October 2017

The Scientific Committee will select the proposals that will be presented during the Conference and notify the authors by the end of January 2018

Les titres et les résumés (1000 – 1500 signes) des interventions proposées doivent comprendre le  nom complet de l'auteur, son affiliation, les moyens de le joindre (adresse postale et électronique, numéros de téléphone ou de fax). Dans le cas où les propositions sont issues de plusieurs auteurs, les noms de chacun doivent être indiqués de la même façon, ainsi que la mention de l'auteur à contacter.
Précisez également si vous proposez une communication ou un poster.

La date limite de soumission des résumés est le 31 Octobre 2017.

Le Comité scientifique sélectionnera les propositions des interventions qui seront présentées pendant le Colloque et en avisera les auteurs avant la fin de Janvier 2018.

Submission Guidelines - EasyAcademia

Submissions are accepted online through www.easyacademia.org, where you may register and submit your papers in a few minutes. Easy Academia provides a dynamic submission process, where more options become available according to your selections. 

Please go through the list providing the correct details at each step, so you receive the appropriate options at a later stage. 

While visiting EasyAcademia.org, the preferred browsers are Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer or other browsers may have compatibility issues, which can prevent you from submitting.

Paper Submission Steps:

  1. Create an EasyAcademia account: www.easyacademia.org/signup
  2. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  3. Log into www.easyacademia.org/aiema2018, using the login details you provided at the beginning.
  4. Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  5. Select one of the two themes.
  6. Select an appropriate submission type for your submission.
  7. Enter your submission title.
  8. Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent.
    Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  9. Upload your abstract as a Word document in the Upload step (and also send a copy to Demetrios Michaelides at d.michaelides@ucy.ac.cy
  10. Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  11. If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to all co-authors.
