Welcome Reception

Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all
conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue
Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates
will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers,
while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.

 

Tour & Conference Dinner

Date: 06 October 2023
Time: 6:45pm -11:00pm
Departure Time: 7:00pm

We will get together at the lobby of the Venue Hotel, frommwhere we will promptly depart in air-conditioned coaches. On the way, a professional guide will talk about the island
and its history. Dinner will take place at the Dafermou Winery, a local winery in Lefkara village, that will offer an extensive buffet that will include carvery accompanied by
some of the best local wines!

The welcome reception, conference dinner and farewell lunch are included in all registration fees. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased through the registration system or onsite.
