Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.

Networking Cocktail
Date: Thursday, 27th of June
Time: 19:30-21:00
Where: The “1888”, Nicosia
The Networking Cocktail is an event aimed at facilitating the networking between the conference attendees. A quiet and relaxed atmosphere will help everyone get more acquainted with colleagues and peers and will offer the prefect starting point if you want to continue the night in the heart of the old town of Nicosia.
This reception is offered free for all Registration Types.
There are no transportation arrangements done by the conference organizers so you will need to find your own way to the venue.
Conference Dinner
Date: Wednesday, 26th of June
Departure Time: 19:30
Where: The Landmark Nicosia (ex. Hilton)
We will get together at 19:30 at the lobby of the Hotel – Venue and we will proceed with a dinner which will consist of an array of traditional dishes complimented with local drinks and desserts. During the dinner we will enjoy an entertaining programme with live music and traditional dances performed by a local dance group.
Tour and Conference Dinner is optional and is not included in Registration Fees.
